Running a Marathon Is Hard, Right?

There is no arbitrary cut off for what you're allowed or not allowed to do when it comes to the choices you make about the training and events that you want to participate in. I would never tell somebody that they weren't fit enough to run a marathon because they required more recovery time, right? Because one, rude. Two, not true. It actually takes a long time to properly recover from amarathon. Some people can be quoto fully recovered two to three weeks post marathon. Some people need six to eight weeks write.
