Is There a Need for Protein?

Proteins are different animal. It shares a little bit of physiology with carbohydrate in that the transport into muscles and et cetera is only enhanced when you consume protein. And there's, there should be no rush. Pragmatically speaking, as much as we think elite athletes are tuned in to exactly what they should be doing and they all do it, that they don't. The shift in North American sports, particularly pro sports, is to try and control the athlete as much as you can.
