It totally depends. But that's kind of like the max that someone's coming to work with you to start with. I wouldn't feel safe starting most students like 20 hours a week. Like when I had parkour students who are training 90 minutes with me three days a week, never had an over-training issue within the environment. You know, and so all the factors the sleep, the diet, you know, people all that, right? Those are things like they're going to be helpful in helping you tolerate more volume. They're going to help you adapt better to the volume you have.
