Emotion Is the Bedrock of Everything

Emotion is so deeply misunderstood because we've inflated emotion with emotion. Emotion telegraphs, meaning there is never a moment in our lives that doesn't bring with it a chorus of emotion. But let's you know what you feel about something and therefore what you should do about it Doesn't mean that you do the first thing you feel about because you think also. They are flip sides of the same coin. It's not either or it is always both. We make decisions based on how rational analysis makes us feel.
