The Great Disappearance Act - I'm a Leader Not a Manager

Once published in article called leadership the great disappearance act. So people normally believe that leadership is there but when you look very careful as what managers actually do that they will not add them in. The problem is that the phenomena is relatively rare because large-scale organizations are just admin and all kinds of financing reporting automating or so on. I never felt like well one day or one in 15 minutes I was being a leader and then over here I'm being a manager because they just tend to blend together.
