Fueling for Long Distance Races
You have to be able to mentally recover when that stuff happens, right? Like especially to start, you can't like fixate on getting pushed out of that first turn or like if you miss a pedal or something. I feel like for long distance stuff, fueling is probably the biggest thing that you can do right to make pacing easier. And being able to recover as long as you don't drown.
