How to Stabilize Your Body With Cable Pull Through
I used to harp on a lot of people get some out of me was that cable pull through for the glutes. I'm like, it's one of the most worthless exercises you can be doing. That's really one of my first criteria when we're looking at an advanced training program or talking about helping someone mend a program. This is currently not working. Just just stop doing that because, you know, the stability level is just not appropriate for what you're trying to achieve.
