I've Lost a Lot of Lean Tissue but I'm Not Losing a Thing
i was definitely engaging in weight training i had a tinnita bioinpedance scale and it didn't look like at least on the scale although that's heavily weighted with uh your hydration and water status. Relative to my former self i was at least 60 if not 80 watts less capable there was just no denying it so there is you know just a fraction of the ability to put out power on a bicycle.
