How Did You Get a Non Sure Agreement?

Some companies were interested in moving a lot faster than others. So i kind of used it as my negotiation point wherei was like, ok, sure, swift, if we can get to a number, i will drop out from these other guys. I only ended up getting one l oi. How did you calculate your number? It was largely calculated by what kind of i thought the risks were if i kept the business in maintenance mode. And so then what's going to be better than that value?
