The Cert Food Diet

The cert food diet is based on eating foods that are believed to activate a group of proteins called sertuins. It's things like green tea, apples, citrus fruits, kale, coming up with blueberries, red wine and dark chocolate. But there isn't really some reliable evidence that these cert foods actually do what they're claimed to do. So I think take it potentially with the pinch of salt whether that particular style of eating is actually beneficial in the health sense.
