I spring my ankle about six weeks ago so for a variety of reasons and health impacts that I've been dealing with were primarily training at a local ninja warrior gym. For parkour athletes who are not you know climbing kind of in as much diversity as boulders doing a lot of climbing actions was really common obviously tons of leg development. It's very common for them with zero training background to pull double body weight on the dead left on the first attempt they've reached a high level of parkour.
