The Buddha's Dharma

Buddhism is a way of seeing that literally pulls the rug out from under your feet. For me personally, that's what's so compelling about the yoga teachings. You can't see through this constantly shifting viewpoint without learning how to work with your mind. It's like that desire for intimacy but that we're doing it in such an extroverted and distracted way.
