I think that is what pisses customers off the most yeah that we just don't listen and we suffer from that again that seller's deficit disorderYeah it's interesting you bring up the the training piece in the one-time training right. We're not just doing the checkbox how do I actually build a program but that of course costs money and time. Sometimes that's hard to justify for a lot of people who assume salespeople can sell or developers can develop.
