The Importance of Taking a Big Step Back
I think sometimes really we're in the moment, the emotions kind of dictate it maybe in a not so good way. So you end up doing it when maybe you shouldn't. Because a lot of it's just based out of, you know, sometimes insecurity or fear. But if you just say, okay, let me take this big step back. Okay, if I don't do that hack squat, what's the worst going to happen? Like, I know I'm not going to regress. You know, kind of like Bertos talking about with the runways.
