i feel like i've spent my entire for the first aleast for five years of me as a weight lifter. I almost measured the effort that i was putting into becoming a weight lifted by how close to fairly on strength work that i would almost get all that time. And now i'm on the verge of, i i tried it the other day with, there's a guy that or coaches ae 67 and he's pretty strong. He moved everything really nicely. There was maybe some rest, shortened rest periods in between us sets but basically a, oh, i think i've lost you guys. Holdon. You go still.
