With any kind of, especially a service or coaching based business, digital product, low ticket, inexpensive, you don't need to be vetting your customers. The worst thing you can do is be letting people into your program that aren't going to see results because that's who would leave a negative review. But if you let in only people that you learn from two or three or four quote unquote beta cohorts of who does the best, then you know that every person who goes through it is going to be a star. And that's the virtuous cycle on the positive side.
