How to Have a Brand

To have a brand doesn't mean you have to be online in a certain way. Being yourself in person or in private spaces with people is as much brand work as it is to have a TikTok. There's an exercise that I learned back when I was a mid-level manager marketing guy. It can help to have somebody else say your name and then tell you what they think your brand is. And that can be a real eye opener.
