Yoga - How Do You Become a Yoga Teacher?

Yoga helped me cope with my lack of a diagnosis. I was able to manage my mind a little bit better by, like, doing something that got me back into the present moment. It's not actually about sitting still and clearing your head. It's about taking objective observation and knowing what's going on in there. Or just turning back the present moment and your senses, or moving. Cause i used to, also, was the kid, i used to horseback ride. And that wasMy yoga at the time.
