The Benefits of T4 Subs for the Liver

Long-term liver thyroxine users are more prone to fibrosis. T4 can have an effect on via receptor, which I think was the integrin VB receptor that kind of interacts with F-acting and creates this kind of fibrotic state. It's probably why a lot of liver thyroxin users don't report or tend to have less positive effects sometimes than then kind of say NDT or kind of dual therapy. The rule is that an excess of T4, if your liver can't handle it, will kind of have to deal with degrading it,. And it's like anything that's in excess.
