You're less prone to colds and chest infections by Breathing through the nose versus breathing through the mouth. If we're breathing bout fast and shallow, so much more of the air that we are taking into our body is now reaching the small air sacks in the lungs. So even by having a mantra, breathing nose slow and low can be very helpful with cystic vibroces. But at the same time, if somebody is sisting fibroses, i think it's really important to keep an eye on your breathing patterns and start off gently
