How to Build an Audience With Self-Publishing

When you write a book, you typically can't do what I did because the way traditional book writing works. So this is very analogous to how to build software, you know, waterfall processes versus lean startup processes. It's all about getting customer feedback, hearing from what people like and don't like about your product so you can iterate on it before you get it out there in its alpha form.
