I think it's just being conscious of what you are doing on your phone or on your computer and checking yourself if you get off on the wrong path. You have to be conscious and say damn I really been scrolling like a robot here for 25 minutes straight and I don't even remember what I scrolled past. It doesn't matter it really comes to to be unconscious and that's what I would say but it's hard bro. Especially because I got younger I got a younger brother and I got nieces and I see how their phone usage is. That's what concerns me the most is not the 20 to 30 year olds phone usage which is already bad it's the 10 to 20
