How to Regulate Eating for ADHD

With ADHD individuals, we love sugar. I mean, we do we crave sugar. We love those simple carbs because they're dopamine producing that neurochemical that's implicated in reward. So it is definitely very important for parents to know, you know, in terms of regulating eating. And a lot of times, too, even what nutritionists will tell you is sometimes it's not so much what we're eating. That's as much as the issue as what we're not eating.
