Don't accept an offer on the spot. Negotiate your salary every time. Don't do it as if the companysy says at the forefront, we're not able to negotiatee salary because youre in a training programe and we're paying everybody the same. The only time that irecommend people is when they say 'i would still try to negotiate for like, a sign on bonus or something' But i think all those things combined, it's a win win thing. And again, even if you don't anything a, i do think that it's an important thing.
