The the other thing, too, that i would say is there's a certain assumption that when you hire more people a things can become more efficient, you're gong to move faster. And if anything, i've found the opposite, where there's a certain aspect f forsure, like when so for example, i was basically running the triple whale marketing apartment by myself up until february, and then we started hiring people. And then there is like this, oh, ye, we finally there's more hands on deck. Ba, but there's a certain aspect, up to your point, like that weird ten person team of ike, what is everybody kind of doing with the day? Edel, there's a certain aspect of like just adding head count for head counts sake, or hired into the future. I think is can be smart in some senses, but that's predicated on the fact that you know what the futureis going to be. And then to we've experienced, sometimes were, and again, thiss, early stage start up, so you just have all sorts of very unique experiences. But sometimes just hiring er, more head count means less efficiency, means less productivity, and it's very again, kind of paradoxical in that sense of, like, you have more people doing less work. Ah, and so that's kind of a place where it really helps to, again, going back to ike those scrappy roots, i think is really depressing. I love the v c idea though. That's a really good point. Like money, resources aren't necessarily inherently bad, but they can give you a the ability to fake your way into thinking you're being productive, when you're actually, just, like, hundred dollar bills on fire.
