If you don't have a good relationship people just going to be like nope do not do not put me on your website do not use my logo. Dana: You're more likely to get them to share their experience maybe even if it was a bad one but you helped overcome an objection for them or they had a rocky implementation they'll talk about it. People like to talk and they want to talk about what they're doing in their role and in their job it helps it helps them and and theywant to talk about itYeah, I think there's all this kind of like where people don't understand that it's a two-way thing it's got to be mutually beneficial
