The New Monday

The inertia of the weekend always tends to kind of bleed into Monday. So I started using a call Monday, like the CNS primer day. We do an upper body workout. And by mid upper body workout on Monday, you could see guys are starting to become more talkative. They're feeling good. By Tuesday they're all back to PRing and just performing better.
