How to Become a Recruiter

I'm curious, how does one become a recruiter? Yeah, that's a really good question. It's not one of those professions that you plan to get into. Most of the people that I know in recruitment didn't know, didn't know what they wanted to do and just kind of fell into it. So my career in tech started at a company called Caviar, it's on-demand food delivery service. And it ended up getting acquired by DoorDash, it was part of Square while I was there.
