Mind, Rest, and Restore
A short walk can be beneficial and restorative. When you're going for a walk, you're essentially doing something automatic. You don't have to think about it. And again, we'll talk about sleep hygiene and eating in a minute. We should put time in green space or nature, physical activity,. hanging out with friends and what we'll call some sort of low stress task switch.
