How to Procrastinate
Every day I write out the top three non-negotiable things. When you have a to-do list and you check it off, you physically check off a list,. You're giving yourself a small win which encourages other small wins. Another thing that I do is I time block my days. Say on Tuesdays and Thursdays, that's when I have three hour memory meetings. There are days that I'm only doing my podcast or whenever I have phone calls.
