The Benefits of Fasting
I was eating too much sugary stuff. This is my weak point with eating and health in general. I find for me that fasting is the best way to break it again and start up good habits again. The first couple days of a fast are usually very difficult, very hungry. My energy completely disappeared on the second day. Fasting clears your mind, calms your emotions. So many great benefits.
