Is There a Better Way to Train the Bones to Move?

When people are limited, it's not a tissue thing. It's because they can't let gravity flex them. They'r fighting against that all the time. So letting the bones cannat gently glide and internally rotate and move increases deflections through our lower limb. Once you feel ok, pronation and dorse folection come together. The more atension i use, the more it supe n type movement. And i'm just going to keep getting blocked and blocked and blocked as i join the winder. If instilling confidence and belief is the main thing for an atlet, then thos boy mechanics, are the training programme even matter that much? Good question.
