How to Set Up a Successful Workshop

I don't like workshops that are over 12 or 15 people because it starts to get unruly. So I would recommend thinking about what 10 people are the most important to put into this workshop. Who do you need to invite to achieve that goal and outcome? And invite those people. If you have 20 important people, then do two of these of this first part. Then combine the outcome from each of the workshops.
