How Do You Know What You're Drinking?

If we're thinking about changing our drinking, i think the first step is to keep track of what we're drinking. And and that also includes knowing what's in a drink. A lot of people don't even recognize what to log because so many of our drinks now are actually more than a single standard drink. So for example, if you have a six tn ounce pint of an india pail l then it might actually be closer to one and a half to two standard drinks.
