How to Make a Good Tea?
All we call it a cupore, show pour, that is go through a fermentation process that makes the tea darker to begin with. And then start drinking good tea in your own way, and then when you develop more interest, over time you build up your collection of tea wares. That's how it works. So, today I actually prepare one green tea, and the black tea with the same farmer same season that we were talking about. Just one is green and one is black. And then one white tea and two or one tea.
