Harvard Emergency v. Harvard Emergency to Violate the 14th Amendment

The court found racial preferences is purchased by Harvard Emergency to violate the 14th Amendment. They said that in general, the 14th amendment prohibits state actors or recipient of state assistance like Harvard from using race racial classifications. So essentially the court was saying racial preferences and very higher education no longer deserve a special carve out.
