I encourage women in particular to adjust their fasting based on where they are in their menstrual cycle and I do like variety just like we don't eat the same foods every day. There is benefit from, you know, keeping your body guessing, not torturing yourself. It's always an evening eating window, but like last night, for example, I went to a comedy show actually. So I opened my window with wine way earlier than I normally do and that kind of bumped everything up earlier.
