How to Focus on Nutrition for Calisthenics
I don't count calories and I'm not on a diet at the moment. Because it was pretty stressful for my mind and I enjoy to eat a lot of pasta. So what I found useful is that I can focus on my macronutrients. Every set as your last set with a little bit of buffer for the next set. You just stay with it, you stay present and this helps. Once you have found your routine with your good ratio of macronutrient, stick with it - especially if you are able to perform.
