The first self-serve at all didn't exist till 2015. It was the first time we had acquired a company for both the talent and the underlying technology. We wanted people's help, but we couldn't let them smother it. That was the beginning of realizing what Instagram was inside of Facebook instead of Instagram becoming Facebook.
