How to Slowly Build Yourself Up With Fart Licks

If someone's first going into the gym, they never just do a clean and jerk. You really need to work on that before you get to that, especially at a heavier weight. So slowly building yourself up with those fart licks I think is a great way to get things going. And then in between, just do what makes you happy. If it's total body strength training, an upper and lower split, whatever it's going to be, like those two would be the safest to start with.
