People who live on the eastern edge of the time zone will experience sunrise timing that's pretty cosely allined to body time during standard time, and there'll be maybe an hour off during daylight saving time. This allignment becomes more pronounced for people on the western edge where there can be as much as a two hour difference when we go into daylight Saving Time. There have been studies that have looked at health impacts of circitian misalinment, a sort of across time zones, and have found worse outcomes for people who lives on the western edges.
