How to Activate Brown Fat?

The brown fat is our, not only our temperature regulator on the cold side, it's also our temperature regulator. So if you're getting super hot on your skin, the body tries to get rid of your heat in your body because the temperature receptors in the skin are going to send a signal to the brain. When you do exercise, you also increase your heat inyour body and you will activate the brown fat but you also activate your sympathetic nervous system.
