Eliminate Usrer Before Going to Bed
Don't eat a big meal after a certain point. If you've ever eaten a big meal and try to go to bed an the next minutes, you notice you can't. When we lay down at night, our body experience what's called thermal cooling. Our heart rate settles, it quiets. Our body temperature starts to lower. But if you put a project in your stomach, you're not going to bed. And if you put another project in your brain, it's not going to settle either. So make sure you're not sort of your own worst enemy.
