The Dark Side of Mindfulness

The dark side of mindfulness isn't about it being wrong or right, but rather that we need to illuminate wider perspectives of why we might not be mindful in the first place. So i would like to propose the idea of using mindfulness as a way to illuminate more of that history, both on a personal level and a society level. And part of that is going to be acknowledging that your anxious thinking and your stress levels might also be related to your self regulating networks.
