The Importance of Sleep in Recovery

I'm just stemming from my favorite training of like just doing long, long days. That definitely could be a better like for racing this year. I did do a lot more VO2 and did improve on that aspect, but I could still do a much more. So if I feel like crap, it's probably because I haven't been recovering well. Just go to sleep 30 minutes earlier. It'll do you like 10 times as much. He thinks all of those like recovery modalities that people hype up are "pointless snake oil"
