How to Control Your Breath

Wim Hof: Pranayama is a Sanskrit word that comes from India. It's essentially like if you break it down pranayamas or types of energetic breath practices. I came up with this breath practice that I call the 10 10 to, to 10 10 breath and it works on both ends of the nervous system. The sympathetic nervous system's the inhale, the parasympathetic nervous system’s the exhale. And so this is a breath practice that brings you into more equilibrium, more harmony, it balances out both sides. You do about five rounds of it and you feel immediately better and more balanced.
