I'm profoundly limited person, you know Let's talk about being profoundly limited people. All of our fantasies of self-improvement if we're taking them seriously are basically expressions of aggression toward our own self Which again that aggression has no essential nature so it's not inherently a problem. If we're identified with our experience then it's something we should work with. I give myself permission to be a profoundly limited person who will never do everything that's Would be helpful for me to do.
