Gabrielle: Sometimes it feels like self-care is something that comes with a big bank account and I think it's important for us to offer resources to folks that they can do at home that are free. She says massages and getting my nails done does relax her but what makes me function at my best day to day is like getting really good sleep, she says. Gabrielle: You know putting away your laundry right out of the dryer so that you don't feel stressed at the end of the day also helps stabilize your cortisol levels as well as increases serotonin and dopamine.
