Can a Bolos Dose Reduce Sedation?

It reduces cerebral blood flow, but it has an unclear effect on c m r o two. It's a good medication to use as an adjunct during craniotomy or spine su when neromonitering is being used. Its effects on the cardio vascular system are most notable for brada cardia - reduction in hard rate of up to 30%. And interestingly, with a bolos dose, you can see an initial increase in blood pressure.
