How to Manage Your Energy Level and Stay Productive

Eric Tibbers: How productive I am really depends on how how my energy level is. If I'm not feeling 100%, I got to do everything I can to truly manage my my energy and help get myself feeling better so I can continue doing all the things that I want to do. This past weekend, I had a bit of a cold. So I really did make sure that I got plenty of rest. And on Saturday, I took like a two and a half hour nap, which is not something that I usually do.
